Our multidisciplinary assessment clinic offers a 1-day comprehensive diagnostic evaluation of cognitive functioning, language development, fine and gross motor skills, and sensory processing for children 2.5 to 10 years of age.  Some concerns may include identifying Autism Spectrum Disorder, Developmental Delays, sensory processing concerns, speech difficulties and other related concerns.

Following the assessment our multidisciplinary team will provide a written report to include diagnosis and clinical recommendations for next steps.  Families will work with our MAPS Family Coordinator to obtain information and scheduling for on-going treatment, resources, and school support, as needed.

  • Our disability evaluations assess current levels of functioning in individuals with Autism and/or Intellectual Disabilities who may qualify for Social Security or PUNS services.
  • Our evaluations start with an initial consultation with one of our psychologists. Following this meeting, the evaluation session is scheduled. The evaluation tends to consist of a mental status exam, an assessment of adaptive functioning, and an assessment of cognitive functioning. Results will be reviewed at this session and a full report will follow within two weeks of the evaluation.
