Nicole Weiner, M.A., Psy.D.

Nicole Weiner, M.A., Psy.D. is the Psychologist at Dr. Jennifer E. Manfre & Associates. She works closely with clinicians, families, and community partners to develop therapy programs that are supportive, accessible, and responsive to real-life needs. 

Dr. Weiner earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University—California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP). Her therapeutic foundation began while working in dual-diagnosis (substance-use and mental health disorder settings) with individuals 18+. 

Her therapeutic perspective is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic, Solution-Focused, and Existential approaches. She is trained in Seeking Safety, an evidence-based trauma model. Additionally, she works towards cultural awareness and willingly integrates spirituality when desired. 

Currently, Dr. Weiner works with adolescents, young adults, and parents through life transitions, including academic changes, relationships, grief/loss, addictions/substance use, job stress, and trauma. She emphasizes ​balancing clinical structure with compassion and a nonjudgmental perspective. She is passionate about assisting her clients in strengthening their individual esteem, resiliency, and confidence. 
 
Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Weiner enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and watching mixed-martial arts.
