Devin Van Duerm, LCPC

Devin is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with diverse clinical experience with a wide variety of clients. She graduated from Adler University with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has worked in a residential home for adolescents,

providing therapeutic services for teens and their families, and held the position of Classroom Counselor in a therapeutic day school providing counseling and crisis intervention services for children.

Devin has experience providing therapeutic services for children, teens, families, and adults who have experienced trauma, acute stress, depression, anxiety, emotional disabilities, ADHD, autism, severe trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, behavioral problems, emotional regulation, social skills, and grief/loss. She particularly enjoys working with children and their families to help them reach their goals, develop more effective communication skills, and improve familial relationships. Her approach to counseling is collaborative and client‑centered, focusing on building a strong therapeutic relationship with clients in order to create a safe and welcoming environment.

In her free time, Devin enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, cooking, listening to podcasts, and playing her violin.
