Anastasia Maravelias, Psy.D.

Dr. Anastasia Maravelias is a licensed clinical psychologist with comprehensive experience in individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, psychological assessment, and neuropsychological assessment. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from DePaul University and went on to complete her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Adler University.

As the Assessment Program Coordinator, Dr. Maravelias leads a team of clinicians who provide psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. Her work focuses on delivering diagnostic clarity and informed recommendations for a wide range of concerns, including ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, memory and learning difficulties, and cognitive impairment. The team can also provide re-evaluation services, kindergarten readiness, and disability evaluations.

In addition to assessment, Dr. Maravelias provides therapy services to adolescents and adults. She is dedicated to building a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship and using this relationship to foster change. Her approach emphasizes both past and present experiences, the importance of interpersonal and relational processes, and use of solution-focused techniques.

Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Maravelias enjoys traveling, embracing new experiences, and spending quality time with her family and her two dogs.
