Jennifer E. Manfre & Associates (JEM) invites applications for our 2026–2027 Psychology Postdoctoral Residency Program, offering three specialized tracks within our thriving private practice:
- Therapy Only Track: Focus on advanced training in psychotherapy practice with individuals (adults, adolescents, and children), couples, and families.
- Hybrid Therapy & Assessment Track: Blend clinical therapy with psychological assessment for a well-rounded generalist experience. Must demonstrate clinical competence with standard battery assessment measures (Weschler IQ, WIAT/WJ, MMPI, etc). Previous experience delivering cognitive and neuropsychological assessments is preferred.
- Developmental Disability Track: Gain specialty training in cognitive and neuropsychological assessment for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, with opportunities for family therapy and parent coaching. Must demonstrate clinical competence in administration and interpretation of Weschler IQ measures. Previous experience delivering cognitive and neuropsychological assessments is preferred.
Our postdoctoral program is rooted in the Developmental Scholar–Practitioner model, providing a structured, supportive, and growth-oriented environment that integrates professional development, cultural competence, and reflective practice.
Residents receive:
- Weekly individual supervision
- Didactic, group supervision and case consultation experiences
- Competitive stipend of $70,000 with comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, CEU stipend, PTO)

- Access to games, creative crafts, and other materials needed for therapy
